Every session blends professional development with personal well-being, offering thoughtfully curated spaces, moments to breathe, and a calm, intentional environment.
Participants leave not just with CPD hours, but with renewed confidence, clarity, and a sense of reconnection to why they chose this work.
02 / Real-World Experts
Your facilitators aren’t generic presenters or corporate educators, they’re practising nurses, midwives, health professionals and more who bring lived experience, current practice, and real stories to every event.
03 / A community-first, collaborative learning environment
Each event is designed as a welcoming space where clinicians can connect, share, and learn from one another.
The atmosphere is supportive and energising, turning CPD into a chance to build relationships, swap stories, and feel part of a community that understands the emotional load of the work.

Julie Broad is a community leader and governance professional with a strong commitment to strengthening communities where people are supported to live, work, and stay for the long term. After retiring as CEO of the Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2025, Julie chose to focus her leadership on community service and was successfully elected to the City of Bunbury Council. She is also President of Accordwest, a major South West provider of crisis accommodation and support services. Julie has worked across sectors in both Bunbury and Perth, spanning community services, social enterprise, government-funded advisory programs, and regional economic development. This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding that workforce retention - particularly in essential sectors like nursing - depends on more than employment alone. It relies on the broader conditions of life in a regional city: housing, connection, access to services, safety, and a genuine sense of belonging. Julie is a strong advocate for cross-sector collaboration and believes that resilient, thriving communities are built when health, local government, business, and community services work together to reduce barriers and support people to build sustainable lives in the places they serve.
